tanks setup

When i first set up my aquarium i thought cool add water then add fish but it is much more difficult than that.to start a tropical tank you will need a filter, heater,substrate,light and knowlege. the good thing about strating a tropical tank is that it is good for beginners as marine is much harder and more expensive here is what you have to do to setup your aquarium the right way.

1.first of you must you must  wash your substrate(gravel)(sand)

2. then you must fill the tank up with water and check for any leaks if you find no leaks then you can empty it .

3.now if you have any decorations  clean the thouraly and if you have a background stick that on as well

4.now add the water  into your aquarium and add the gravel

5. once you have added the gravel and the water to half way up the aquarium add your filter and heater and fill the tank up the rest of  the way and then turn everything on to check if they are working if everything is working you can leave them on

6. now add your water dechlorinator and let it sit for a week until you put fish in the aquarium when putting fish in the aquarium never add more then 8 at a time as you will have a anomia strike.
